Comic Convention Attendee Policies
1. General Admission
- All attendees must have a valid badge, wristband, or ticket visible at all times.
- Badges/wristbands are non-transferable and non-refundable (unless otherwise stated in the refund policy).
- Lost or stolen badges will not be replaced; a new badge must be purchased.
2. Code of Conduct
- Respect all attendees, staff, vendors, guests, and volunteers.
- Harassment of any kind — verbal, physical, or online — will not be tolerated.
- Hate speech, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
- Follow all directions from convention staff and security.

4. Photography & Media
- Ask for consent before photographing or recording another attendee.Cosplay is not consent.
- Photography is not permitted in restricted areas (e.g., restrooms, changing areas, backstage).
- By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in official convention photography or media.
5. Panels, Events & Autographs – If applicable
- Seating for panels and events is first-come, first-served unless otherwise stated.
- No holding seats or cutting in line.
- Autograph/photo opportunities may require separate fees and tickets.
- Guests reserve the right to decline autographs, photos, or personal interactions.
6. Merchandise & Vendors
- Support official vendors and artists — bootleg or counterfeit merchandise is prohibited.
- Attendees may not sell merchandise without an official vendor agreement.
- Theft or shoplifting will result in removal and law enforcement notification.
7. Accessibility – Something we need to think of
- The convention strives to provide an inclusive environment.
- Accessibility services (seating.) may be available upon request.
- Service animals are permitted in compliance with the ADA; pets are not allowed.
8. Health & Safety
- Follow venue safety policies, including fire codes and emergency procedures.
- Smoking, vaping, consuming alcoholic beverages, and illegal substances are prohibited inside the venue.
- Attendees exhibiting disruptive, unsafe, or threatening behavior will be removed without refund.
9. Children & Families
- Children under [age 10] must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior and safety.
10. Enforcement
- Convention staff and security reserve the right to enforce all policies.
- Violations may result in badge revocation, removal from the premises, and/or law enforcement involvement.
- Refunds will not be issued in cases of removal.
